Alexander Langmead, CPA
Alexander Langmead is a manager here at Dougall Conradie LLC. He joined Dougall Conradie LLC in 2016 after spending 8 years in corporate accounting and finance. He focuses on providing advisory services to businesses and their owners, which includes accounting, strategic planning, tax planning, and tax return preparation.
Alexander is a graduate of Portland State University. He is a member of the Oregon Society of CPAs, and the AICPA.
In his free time, he enjoys watching his wife and daughter ride horses, building Lego with his son, and coaching his kids youth sports teams.
Andrew Platte, CPA
Andrew brings over 25 years of diverse experience in the accounting industry including tax and compliance, planning and budgeting, systems implementation and strategic business advising. He enjoys getting to know his clients and guiding them through their financial endeavors.
After graduating from Central Washington University, he started his career with a regional accounting firm. After five years in public accounting, he worked for several years as the Manager of Financial Reporting for a publicly traded company. In 2003, he started his own practice in Idaho and served clients in multiple industries including aviation, retail, construction, and technology. In 2012, while still in private practice, he become the CFO for his largest client and in 2018 he sold his practice to devote more time to his role as CFO. In 2023, wanting to get back into public accounting, Andrew joined Dougall Conradie.
He is a member of the Oregon Society of CPAs, the Idaho Society of CPAs and the AICPA. In his spare time, Andrew enjoys reading, mountain biking, playing disc golf and enjoying time with his wife, Amanda, and their Brady Bunch of a family.
Dominic Ste. Marie, CPA
Dominic Ste. Marie is a manager here at Dougall Conradie LLC. He works with a wide range of clients including restaurants, real estate agents, and doctors. He focuses on delivering sound advisory services for small businesses and their owners. This includes assisting clients with entity selection, strategic planning, tax planning, and tax return preparation in the timeliest and most efficient manner possible. Education is also a major focus of his. He appreciates learning from his clients and sharing the knowledge he’s acquired over the years.
Dominic is a graduate of Portland State University and earned his CPA license in the summer of 2018. He is a member of the Oregon Society of CPAs, and the AICPA.
In his spare time, he enjoys being with his wife Anna and their four children Nicholas, Nathaniel, Anthony, and Elia. Outside of work Dominic maintains a work life balance suitable for his full house. He also suffers regularly during the NFL season as a lifelong fan of the Las Vegas Raiders.
Geoff Dougall, CPA
Geoff formed our firm nearly 15 years ago and has led it through a series of mergers, acquisitions, and successions during that time. Additionally, he provides business management and tax planning perspective to the work he does.
Geoff enjoys working directly with clients on strategic planning and business advisory projects. He has over 25 years of working closely with business owners and enjoys working jointly with them as they grow and successfully build their business. Additionally, he has a deep knowledge of equity and stock-based compensation and works closely with clients that have questions and opportunities in this area.
Geoff has served on the Board of Directors for Oregon Society of Certified Public Accountants for many years and is currently Chair-Elect for the Society. He is a graduate of Brigham Young University.
When not working, Geoff enjoys spending time with his wife and five kids playing games, traveling, and experience Portland food scene.
Heather Jackson, CPA
Heather brings tax and human resource management skills to the firm.
Heather’s passion is helping clients achieve financial success. She has over 24 years of experience advising businesses and individuals with their tax, accounting, and strategic planning needs. Heather specializes in clients in the real estate and construction industries and those multi-state arenas.
She participates on the Taxation Strategic Committee and Legislative Analysis Subcommittee of the Oregon Society of Certified Public Accountants. Heather is a graduate of University of Portland.
When away from the office, Heather enjoys spending time with her family and friends, camping, hiking, playing piano, and exploring new places.
Luke McNaughton, CPA
Luke McNaughton is the Audit Manager for the firm’s audit, review and compilation services. He has spent 11 years in public accounting with a wide range of assurance services experience, all the way from publicly traded companies, Sarbanes-Oxley audits, large revenue private corporations to small and mid-sized companies, municipalities, non-profit organizations, and benefit plans. He has also worked 6 years in private accounting for two large publicly traded companies, with experience in corporate accounting, payroll services, cash and inventory controls, project management, annual budgeting, and personnel management during his time as a Controller and Sr Accountant.
Luke enjoys meeting with clients, learning about their businesses and providing quality assurance services efficiently, while adding value. In a growing world of remote auditing, Luke believes that building face-to-face relationships with clients delivers the best service.
Luke graduated magna cum laude from the University of Oregon in 2005, has been a licensed CPA for over 15 years and is also a member of the AICPA.
Luke may be the only Accountant that bench presses 405 pounds that also reads comic books. However, he is most proud of his wife and two daughters. He claims to cheer louder on Saturdays during his kids’ soccer games than he does at Oregon Ducks football.
Rich Winkel, CPA
Richard is the Assurance Practice Leader overseeing the firms audit, review and compilation services. After working for two international firms and a regional firm Richard formed his own CPA practice. After 15 years running his own firm Richard merged with Dougall Conradie LLC.
Richard has experience providing audits, reviews and compilations to companies in a variety of industries including non-profits, municipal organizations, high-tech, manufacturing, retail and employee benefit plans. This wide range of experience has provided Richard with a background to work with the unique issues that face small- and medium-sized entities. Richard’s focus is to provide quality assurance services to clients in an efficient manner.
Richard is a member of the Oregon Society of CPAs, the AICPA, and the Governmental Audit Quality Center and the Employee Benefit Plan Audit Quality Center of the AICPA. Richard is a graduate of the University of Delaware.
Richard’s favorite thing is to spend time with his wife and five kids watching movies, playing games and coaching his kids in soccer. He also enjoys watching football and plays in way too many fantasy football leagues.
